about the gala
In partnership with the Grand Rapids Public Museum, Construction Allies in Action invites you to honor and celebrate diversity efforts within the construction industry in Michigan.
Attendees will enjoy a buffet-style meal catered by a local vendor, a moderated panel of West Michigan business leaders speaking on affinity bias, and a celebration of the organizations and construction partners that are leaders in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

What is the dress code?
Semi-formal – Semi-formal attire is an outfit that is dressier than what you’d wear to an office but not as dressy as a formal evening gown or tuxedo!
How can I donate my tickets to others?
Construction Allies in Action can distribute any tickets you’d like to donate on a first-come-first-served basis to underrepresented contractors within our network. Additionally, you may distribute tickets you purchase however you see fit – just make sure we know your guests’ names!
